We always try to dispatch over 95% of our items within 2 working days of your payment being cleared.
This means most UK customers should receive their delivery within 3 - 4 working days, if your order was placed before 3.30pm Monday to Friday,
Note: Any orders placed online on a Saturday or Sunday will not be dispatch until the following Monday unless its a Bank Holiday then it will be the next working day Monday - Friday

We regret that if you request an exchange of your item /order to different size or sizes, colours or design we will require that you cover the return postage cost of resending the item back to us.
Even when you have measured accurately and chosen carefully, we realise you may still wish to return your item for a alternative item or more likely a different size.
O.K.. so send us an email within one week of receipt, remember to tell us your order/transaction number and the alternative you require.
We will email full details on how to return your item and availability of your alternative. Remember alternatives are not always available for all items
We regret we are unable to exchange items which have been worn.
Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.
Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping.

In the unlikely circumstances that you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of purchase and return the item within 14 days. We will be pleased to
exchange faulty items or where appropriate issue a refund of the purchase price. Items should be returned by recorded delivery and must be at your cost.
Returned items must be in the "as supplied" condition and with tags where applicable. We regret we are unable to accept the return of clothing items which have been worn.

All of the returned items we receive are subject to an inspection/testing process. we test all defective items that are returned to us
Please allow us up to 10 business days to complete the inspection /testing process from the time we receive the item. Also, please note that any item claimed to be defective and found to be in good working order maybe returned to you.
